1060 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 616

The Mayor and Common Council shall provide and direct, to
divide any and all of the wards of the said town into two or
more voting precincts as public convenience or public welfare,
in their discretion, may require or direct.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved May 2, 1941.

CHAPTER 615.
(House Bill 700)

An ACT to repeal Sections 944-946, inclusive, of Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Swine", said sec-
tions relating to the running at large of swine in the towns
of Queen Anne and Nottingham, in Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 944-946, inclusive, of Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Swine", be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved May 2, 1941.

CHAPTER 616.
(House Bill 701)

AN ACT to repeal Section 848 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Out-Pensioners".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 848 of Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Out-Pensioners", be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
