and the erection of and equipment for a public high school
building in Prince Frederick.
(b) Said Building Committee shall consist of Arthur
W. Dowell, Elizabeth Ann Wilson, Mrs. Joseph O. Lore,
John M. Rector, William P. Norfolk, Robert S. Mead and
Morgan Bowen. Said Committee shall function in a gen-
eral advisory capacity to the Board of Education of
Calvert County in supervising the construction and equip-
ment of said public high school building. And in addition
to its advisory capacity, said Committee shall have final
authority in the approving or disapproving of any archi-
tectural or other plans prepared for the construction of
said building. Said Committee shall also have the power
and authority to supervise all expenditures of the funds
available for the construction of said public high school
building, and no such expenditures shall be contracted for
or made by the Board of Education of Calvert County
without the final approval of said Building Committee.
(c) Any balance remaining after paying the cost of
providing the public school building for Prince Frederick
may be used by the County Commissioners for general
county purposes.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on such bonds as may be issued
under the provisions of this Act and redeeming them as
they mature, the County Commissioners of Calvert County
shall include in the levy for the year after their issuance
and each year thereafter until they mature and have been
redeemed an amount sufficient to pay the annual interest
on the bonds and to redeem them as they mature.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
326 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-
title "Orphans Court", as said section was amended by
Chapter 74 of the Acts of 1933, relating to the compen-
sation of the Judges of the Orphans Court of Talbot
County.
