HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1033

Charles and Prince George's Counties, Maryland, to all
that subdivision of an entire lot, tract or parcel of land
commonly called and known as "Part of Cornwallis Neck",
.situate, lying and being at or near the village of Indian
Head, in the Seventh Election District of said Charles
County, Maryland, dated August 21, 1931, and recorded
June 28, 1932 in Liber W. M. A. No. 55, Folio No. 283, one
of the Land Records of Charles County, Maryland.

152. To the sale, grant and deed of conveyance from
the Vestry of St. John's Parish, in Prince George's and
Charles Counties, in the State of Maryland to The Conven-
tion of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of
Washington a corporation organized and existing by an
Act of Congress, dated the 3rd day of June, 1932, in and
to all that sub-division of an entire lot, tract or parcel of
land commonly called and known as "Cornwallis Neck",
situate, lying and being at or near the village of Indian
Head, in the Seventh Election District of Charles County,
Maryland, and recorded June 28, 1932 in Liber W. M. A.
No. 55, Folio No. 286, one of the Land Records of Charles
County, Maryland.

153. To the sale, grant and deed of conveyance from
Charles J. Peckham, et al., to The Convention of the Prot-
estant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Washington, a
corporation organized and existing by an Act of Congress,
dated May 11, 1931, and recorded May 28, 1931, in Liber
No. 361, Folio No. 439, Lots 2, 3, 4 and the easterly 50
feet in depth by the entire width of lots 8 and 9 in Block
5 in the sub-division known as "Mount Rainier", as per
plat recorded in Liber J. W. B.-5, Folio No. 658, one of
the Land Records of Prince George's County, Maryland.

154. To the sale, grant and deed of conveyance from
Charles H. Pryor and wife, Alice M., to the Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Wash-
ington, a corporation organized and existing by an Act of
Congress, dated July 23, 1934 and recorded July 27, 1934,
in Liber No. 418, Folio No. 156, beginning at a pipe at
the southeasterly corner of the Pryor property, and being
the easterly i/2 of lots 10, 11 and 12 in Block 5, in Mt.
Rainer, per plat recorded in Liber J. W. B.-5, Folio No.
658, and running in a northerly direction along the easterly
line of the Pryor property 155 feet to the northeasterly
corner, and beginning from this point and running 90°
in a westerly direction 50 feet along the northerly line of
said Lot 10, thence southerly 15 feet to a point; thence 90°
in an easterly direction 50 feet; thence northerly 90° for
