121. To the bequests contained in the last Will and Tes-
tament of Grace Lee Rinehart, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County March 28, 1939, and of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said County
in Wills Liber H. G. B. No. 15, Folio No. 89, etc., as follows:

(a) To the Pipe Creek Cemetery, the sum of Fifty
Dollars ($50.00).

(b) To the Beaver Dam Cemetery, the sum of
Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

122. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Margaret Ellis, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County April 17, 1939, and of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said County
in Wills Liber H. G. B. No. 15, Folio No. 94, etc., to wit:

(a) To Grace Lutheran Church of Westminster,
Maryland, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

(b) To the Methodist Protestant Church of West-
minster, Maryland, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

123. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Mattie V. Stem Crew, deceased, probated in
the Orphans' Court of Carroll County May 16, 1939, and
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
County in Wills Liber H. G. B. No. 15, Folio No. 97, etc.,
to wit:

(a) To the Women's Adult Bible Class of Grace
Lutheran Church, Westminster, Maryland, the sum of
Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).

(b) To Grace Lutheran Church, Westminster,
Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

(c) To Tressler's Orphans' Home at Loysville,.
Pa., and The National Lutheran Home for the Aged, Wash-
ington, D. C., the residue of proceeds from the estate of
testatrix.

124. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Susie Vansant, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County June 19, 1939, and of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said County
in Wills Liber H. G. B. No. 15, Folio 103, etc., to wit:

(a) To Prospect Cemetery, of Frederick County,
Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

(b) To Prospect Methodist Episcopal Church, of
Frederick County, Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00).

(c) To Calvary Methodist Episcopal Church of
Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of Five Hundred Dol-
lars ($500.00).
