disobedience of the same and shall provide, also, means of
abatement of said fire hazards, if it be reasonable and con-
venient to do so at the expense of the owner of said property
and the cost of the said abatement shall be a lien on the said
property where said fire hazard appears and shall take pre-
cedence over a mortgage or any other lien on said property.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all ordinances
heretofore passed by the Town Commissioners of the Town of
Bel Air shall remain in force and have the same legal effect as
when enacted, the intention being not to repeal by any pro-
vision hereof any of the said ordinances, unless they be in
direct conflict herewith.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

Street, as a Patrolman.

CHAPTER 445.
(House Bill 386)
AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County", to be under sub-title "Wild Animals",
said new sections to be known as Sections 816A, 816B and
816C of said Article and to follow immediately after Section
816 of said Article, providing for the paying of bounties for
killing foxes, wildcats, weasels, hawks, horned owls and
crows in Washington County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That three new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
