and St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys in the City of
Baltimore to Trustees of St. Charles' College, dated Novem-
ber 30, 1936, and recorded among the Land Records of

O'Connell, his wife, to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore etc., a corpora-
tion sole, dated October 14, 1938, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in in Liber C. W. B. Jr.
No. 1044, folio 146, conveying fee simple property.

43. To a deed from Louis A. Hansen and Annie Hansen,
his wife, bearing date April 22, 1938, conveying a portion
of lot and of the "Holly Hills Farm" to the Potomac Con-
ference Corporation of Seventh-Day Adventists, which deed
is recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's
County, Md., in Liber No. 499, folio 476, under date of
April 29, 1938.

44. To a bequest of $970. 57 to The Inner Mission Society
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and
Vicinity, Inc., contained in the Will of Katherine M. Hun-
dernesh, filed among the records of the Register of Wills
for Baltimore City.

45. To a grant in a deed from the Clifton Savings Bank
of Baltimore City to The Inner Mission Society of the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity,
Inc., dated March 15, 1938, conveying an annual ground
