file an abstract of each case in which application for parole
may be made under the provision of this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws, or
parts of laws, inconsistent herewith, be, and the same are
hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That if any clause,
sentence, paragraph, or section of this sub-title shall, for
any reason, be adjudged by any court of competent juris-
diction to be unconstitutional and invalid, such judgment
shall not effect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof,
but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence,
paragraph, or section thereof so found unconstitutional
and invalid.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1939.

(Senate Bill 356)

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to acquire by purchase or condemnation any land,
or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto, or any
space above any land, or any rights in the air above any
land, within or without the City of Baltimore, which it
may require or deem necessary for the proper mainte-
nance and operation of its municipal airport, situate on
the Patapsco River, at or near Dundalk, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
be, and it is hereby granted full power and authority to
acquire by purchase or condemnation any land, or any
interest therein or appurtenant thereto, or any space above
any land, or any rights in the air above any land, within
or without the City of Baltimore, which it may require or
deem necessary for the proper maintenance and operation
of its Municipal Airport, situate on the Patapsco River, at
or near Dundalk, Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1939.
