Chapter 272 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland at its regular session of 1937, relating to the
issuance of licenses by the County Commissioners.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Section 421F of Article 13, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Harford County, "
sub-title, "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks, " as the same
was enacted by Chapter 272 of the Acts of 1937, be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:

421F. All Applicants for "On Sale" licenses shall pay
to Harford County a license fee of One Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($150) per annum, the same to be paid before the
license is issued, "Off Sale" license fees shall be Fifty Dol-
lars ($50) per annum, payable in like manner. Each kind
of license shall be good for one year from its date, unless
sooner revoked by the County Commissioners; provided,
however, that licenses for portions of a year, may in the
discretion of said Commissioners, be sold to bona fide sea-
sonal clubs.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 51.
(House Bill 61)

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Crimes
and Punishments, " sub-title "Sabbath Breaking, " said new
sections to be known as Sections 483N and 483-0 and to fol-
low immediately after Section 483M of said Article, to per-
mit the playing of baseball and other athletic games or
sports in Wicomico County on Sunday and providing for a
referendum thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That two new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supple-
ment), title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title "Sabbath
Breaking, " said new sections to be known as Sections 483N
