if it deems it necessary and advisable, cause such revised books
to be rewritten.

(3) To keep their books identical, each Board shall, within
sixty days after any registration or revision day, send to the
other Board a complete report, under oath of a member of the
Board, showing all names added to, or removed from and all
other revisions in, its registration books since the last such
report. Upon receipt of such report, each Board shall cause
all necessary revisions to be made in its own books to conform
to such report.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 253.
(House Bill 292)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 296
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1937,
codified as Section 750A of Article 17 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland; relating to the dumping of garbage,
trash, refuse, rubbish or junk within the boundaries of the
Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District in Prince
George's County and to regulate the same and to provide
for the disposal thereof, to build an incinerator and to issue
its bonds or notes up to $50, 000 for the construction thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Chapter 296 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1937, codified as Section 750A, Article 17, of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:

750A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corp-
oration not residing or located in the Maryland-Wash-
ington Metropolitan District lying within Prince George's
County, or for any person, firm or corporation residing
or located within said boundaries and collecting such mate-
rials for hire, to dump garbage, trash, refuse, rubbish or junk
on any public or private dump within said boundaries without
the consent of the owner of the land and without a permit from
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission,
