CHAPTER 251.
(House Bill 177)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 506
of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County", sub-title
"Justices of the Peace and Constables", sub-heading "Police
Justice", relating to justices of the peace for Montgomery
County and the disposition of fines and forfeitures recovered
by them and providing for the support of the library of the
Police Courts.

CHAPTER 252.
(House Bill 236)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Annapolis", said new section
to be known as Section 8A and to follow immediately after
Section 8 of said Article, to provide for the use of identical
registration books in municipal and all other elections in
Annapolis.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Annapolis", said new
section to be known as Section 8A, to follow immediately
after Section 8 of said Article, and to read as follows:

8A. (1) The Boards of Supervisors of Elections of Annapolis
and of Anne Arundel County shall use the same Registration
List for all elections in the Sixth Election District (Annapolis)
under the supervision of either Board. Each Board shall keep
for its own use a separate set of identical registration books
containing such Registration List.

(2) To compile the single Registration List and make their
present books identical, each of said Boards shall, within six
months hereafter, add, or cause to be added, to its books the
names of all registered voters included on the books of the
other Board and not then on its own books. After such re-
vision, the Board of Election Supervisors of Annapolis may,
