Trout (Brook, Brown and Rainbow)—April 1st to June
30th, except in the Youghiogheny River below Swallow Falls
in Garrett County, the open season on Rainbow trout shall be
July 1st to November 30th; provided, however, that it shall be
unlawful for any person to fish for or catch any fish in any
of the waters or streams which have been stocked with trout
by the State between the hours of 8. 00 P. M. and 5. 30 A. M.

Bass (Large and Small Mouth)—July 1st to November
30th.

Rock or Striped Bass—June 1st to November 30th.

Susquehanna Salmon—June 1st to November 30th.

Suckers, Catfish, Carp, Eels and Gudgeon—February 1st
to November 30th.

All other species of game or fresh water fish, July 1st to
November 30th.

All dates mentioned above are inclusive.

The open season on fishing in Deep Creek Lake shall be as
provided in Section 83 of this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 215.
(House Bill 434)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 61
of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Cam-
bridge", sub-heading "Tax Levy", wherein the Commissioners
of Cambridge were authorized to levy annually such sums as
they may deem sufficient to meet and pay the running ex-
penses of the City of Cambridge, Maryland, provided that
the levy in no year for the said running expenses of the said
city shall be more than eighty-five cents ($. 85) on each $100
of assessable property.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Section 61 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County",
sub-title "Cambridge", sub-heading "Tax Levy", be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

61. The Commissioners of Cambridge shall annually before
the last day of June, levy such sums as they may deem suffi-
