way in an easterly direction to its intersection with the west
side of Owings Avenue; thence with the west side of Owings
Avenue in a northerly direction to its intersection with the
south side of the Cedar Park Road; thence with the south
side of the Cedar Park Road in a southeasterly direction to
its intersection with the east side of Atwell Avenue; thence
with the east side of Atwell Avenue in a southerly direction
to its intersection with the south side of the aforesaid rail-
road right of way; thence with the south side of said railroad
right of way in an easterly direction to its intersection with
the boundary line between the City of Annapolis and the
Second Election District of Anne Arundel County; thence
with the City boundary line in a southerly direction to its
intersection with the south side of Central Avenue produced
to intersect said boundary line; thence with the south side
of Central Avenue produced as aforesaid, in a westerly direc-
tion, to its intersection with the west side of Spa Road; thence
with the west side of Spa Road in a northeasterly direction
to its intersection with the south side of Smithville Avenue;
thence with the south side of Smithville Avenue in a westerly
direction to the west side of Sage Bottom Road; thence with
the south side of Smithville Avenue produced in a north-
westerly to its intersection with the east side of McKendree
Avenue; thence with the east side of McKendree Avenue in
a southerly direction for a distance of about 450 feet to its
intersection with the southeast side of an undeveloped street
50 feet wide; thence with the south side of said street in a
westerly direction to its intersection with the east side of
Davis Street; thence with the east side of Davis Street in a
southerly direction about 500 feet to its intersection with an
undeveloped street 50 feet wide; thence with the south side
of said street westerly to its intersection with the west side
of Davis Street; thence with the west side of Davis Street in
a northerly direction to its intersection with the southwest
side of McGuckian Avenue; thence with the south side of Mc-
Guckian Avenue produced, in a westerly direction, to its
intersection with the west side of Parole Street; thence with
the west side of Parole Street in a northeasterly direction to
the point of beginning, including all real property bordering
on the bounds hereinbefore set forth. The foregoing area being
intended to be the identical same area shown in red color on
the map made by the Underwriters Association of the Middle
Department prepared October 16, 1931, entitled "Map No. 2
of the Special Areas Adjacent To City Limits of Annapolis
Referred to in Tariff of Minimum Rates", with the addition
of Atwell and Owings Avenues and part of Davis Street.
