234T. That for the purpose of paying the interest on said
loan the County Commissioners of Harford County shall for
the year said bonds are issued, and annually thereafter until
all of said loan made under the authority of this Act shall
mature and be redeemed, levy a tax upon the assessable prop-
erty in said County sufficient to pay the annual interest on
said loan outstanding, said taxes to be collected as other taxes
levied in said County are collected; and for the purpose of re-
deeming the principal of said loan, said Board shall on the
first year an installment on the principal of said loan shall
become due and annually thereafter until all of the install-
ments of said principal have been paid, levy a tax upon the
assessable property in said County sufficient to pay the in-
stallments thereof as the same shall become due, the taxes so
levied to be collected in the same manner as the taxes levied
for the payment of the interest, as above set forth.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

CHAPTER 185.
(Senate Bill 184)

AN ACT to add eight new sections to Article 2 of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", said new sections to be under
a new sub-title "Assessments", to follow immediately
after Section 152 of said Article and to be known as Sec-
tions 152A to 152H, inclusive; and to add twenty-one new
sections to said Article, to be under sub-title "Budget",
to follow immediately after Section 174 of said Article
and to be known as Sections 174A to 174U, inclusive; and
to add one new section to said Article, sub-title "Building
Permits", said new section to be known as Section 175E
and to follow immediately after Section 175D of said
Article, as added by Chapter 414 of the Acts of 1937;
and to repeal Section 214, 219, 220 and 221 of said
Article, sub-title "County Commissioners", and Section
480 of said Article, sub-title "Taxes", and Section 497
of said Article, sub-title "Treasurer", as amended by
Chapter 227 of the Acts of 1937 and Chapter 6 of the
Acts of 1933; and to repeal Section 218 of said Article,
sub-title "County Commissioners", and Section 490 of
said Article, sub-title "Treasurer", as amended by Chap-
