County Public Health Association, Incorporated, and to levy
and collect sufficient money to meet any obligations incurred
as aforesaid.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That two new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Washington County", sub-title "Public Health
Association", said new sections to be known as Sections 695A
and 695B, to follow immediately after Section 695 of said Ar-
ticle, and to read as follows:

695A. The County Commissioners of Washington County
are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to enter into a con-
tract with the "Washington County Public Health Association,
Incorporated" whereby they shall contract to contribute an-
nually a sum of money not to exceed fifteen hundred dollars
($1, 500. 00) for the maintenance of the Dental Division under
the control and direction of said "Washington County Public
Health Association, Incorporated. "

695B. For the purpose of carrying out the obligations
which may be incurred under the provisions of Section 695A,
the said County Commissioners of Washington County are
hereby authorized, in their discretion, to levy and collect an-
nually on the assessable property of said County a sum of
money sufficient to meet the obligations so incurred by said
County Commissioners of Washington County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diately preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of
all of the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 41,
42 and 44 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington County", sub-
title "Boonsboro", and to add a new section to be known
as Section 44A, and to follow immediately after Section 44
