provided the Superintendents of the two institutions in
question agree to the transfer and provided that no reduc-
tion in salary is made and that approximately similar
living conditions are supplied the physician to be trans-
ferred.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1939.

CHAPTER 121.
(Senate Bill 32)
AN ACT to add eight new sections to Article 27 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Crimes
and Punishments, " to be under sub-title "Pistols, " said
new sections to be known as Sections 452A to 452H,
inclusive, and to follow immediately after Section 452 of
said Article, relating to the sale, identification marks and
possession of pistols.

CHAPTER 122.
(Senate Bill 269)
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Commissioners of
Denton, a municipal corporation of Caroline County, to
borrow on the faith and credit of the town of Denton
the sum of Thirty-four Thousand Dollars ($34, 000. 00)
and to issue coupon bonds therefor and to sell the same,
and the proceeds arising from the sale thereof to be ap-
plied to the payment and liquidation of certain out-
standing notes in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Dol-
lars ($16, 000. 00), owing by the said Commissioners of
Denton, and the balance of the proceeds to be used for
the building and repair of streets and the water tank in
the town of Denton, and to provide for the levying of a
tax, annually, upon the assessible property of the town
of Denton, to pay the interest thereon and for the re-
demption and payment of said bonds as the same shall
fall due.
