by an accountant or accountants, approved by the state
superintendent of schools, and the results of this audit
shall be made public by the county board of education.
Provided, that the county board of education of Allegany
County shall also submit to the Board of County Com-
missioners of Allegany County within thirty (80) days
after the close of its fiscal year each year an itemized
statement of all its expenditures, showing the amount, to
whom paid and the purpose for which paid.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1939.

AN ACT to repeal Section 459 of Article 13, of the Code

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 459 of Article 13, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Harford County, "
sub-title, "Tomatoes, " be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1939.
