otherwise destroyed by the bailiff of said town; and if any
person shall bring a dog or bitch into said town after the
month of May, in any year, he shall obtain a license within
ten days thereafter, and pay for the same, as hereinbefore
directed, and place a collar around the neck of said dog or
bitch, or otherwise said dog or bitch shall be shot or other-
wise destroyed; and any person failing or refusing to com-
ply with this law shall be liable to a fine of not less than
one dollar and fifty cents ($1. 50) for each dog and two dol-
lars and fifty cents ($2. 50) for each bitch brought or kept
by him in said town, in addition to the penalty of having
the same shot or otherwise destroyed if found. going at
large without a collar around his or her neck.

328A. The "Commissioners" shall have full power to
cause any nuisance to be abated, upon complaint or view,
if they and Health Authorities for Queen Anne's County
shall be satisfied it is detrimental to the health of the town
or injurious to its trade, and for this purpose are empow-
ered and directed to enter upon any private grounds or
premises within its corporate limits; and they shall see
that it is kept in a sanitary condition, and to this end
are empowered and directed, once in a month, or oftener
if they shall deem it necessary, in each and every year,
to enter upon and examine into the condition of all the
private grounds and premises within its corporate limits,
and if in their judgment any such grounds and premises
are not in a sanitary condition, they shall first notify the
Health Office for Queen Anne's County and, if the said
Health Office reports the premises or grounds in an un-
sanitary condition, if the place so reported be a store where
food is sold for human consumption or a meat packing
plant or a restaurant or beer parlor, then the Commis-
sioners shall take legal action to abate the said unsanitary
condition, unless the person occupying the said premises
fails within five days after written notification to put the
same in a sanitary condition to the satisfaction of the
Queen Anne's County Health Office, and if said person shall
fail or refuse to obey the same a further punishment may
be imposed, a fine upon such person so offending of not less
than ten dollars ($10. 00) nor more than fifteen dollars
($15. 00), in the discretion of the Justice before whom the
case is brought.

330. Any and every owner of real estate in Queenstown
abutting or bordering on a public highway within the
corporate limits of said town shall, after having had sixty
days' notice by the Commissioners of Queenstown so to do,
erect and build sidewalks adjoining their said real estate;
