CHAPTER 737.
(House Bill 360)

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 39A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "For-
estry", to be under sub-title "Recreational Uses", said new
sections to be known as Sections 46, 47 and 48 and to follow
immediately after Section 45 of said Article, providing for
the use of the State Forest near Brandywine in Prince
George's County and Charles County.

CHAPTER 738.
(House Bill 359)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 53 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Landlord and
Tenant", sub-title "Distress for Rent", said new section to
be known as Section 25 and to follow immediately after
Section 24G of said Article, as said section was enacted by
Chapter 529 of the Acts of 1937 (General Session), relating
to sale by the landlord of tobacco grown on leased premises.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
53 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement),
title "Landlord and Tenant", sub-title "Distress for Rent",
said new section to be known as Section 25, to follow imme-
diately after Section 24G of said Article, as said section was
enacted by Chapter 529 of the Acts of 1937 (General Session),
and to read as follows:

25. Whenever tobacco is grown on leased premises and the
tenant fails to make reasonable progress within eight months
from the first day of September in each year to strip and
place such tobacco on the market, the landlord may, at any
time after the first day of May in each year, strip, pack, ship
