Board of Permanent Registry provided that the provisions of
this section shall not apply to Washington County.

29F. When the boundaries of any precinct shall be changed,
it shall be the duty of the Supervisors of Election by and
with the assistance of the permanent board of registry, to cor-
rect and transfer the registration forms or cards of the reg-
istered voters affected thereby, and the Supervisors of Election
shall notify such registered voters by mail of such transfer
and change. A registration of a voter shall not be invalidated
by such alteration or transfer nor shall the right of any voter
be prejudiced by any error in making out the list of voters or
in making any change or transfer.

29G. At the close of each calendar year, beginning with
the close of the year 1940 in Montgomery County and beginning
with the close of the year 1944 in Washington County, in
which there has been a primary or general election, the per-
manent board of registry shall examine the entries of the
several precincts for the purpose of eliminating the names
of persons who have died or have removed from the County.
It shall be the duty of said Board of Permanent Registry to
remove the registration cards or forms of registered voters
who have not voted at least once at a primary, general or
special election in the four preceding calendar years, from
the original and duplicate files and place in a transfer file,
and a printed postcard notice of the fact, with the informa-
tion that his or her eligibility to vote has been cancelled by
reason of his or her failure to vote for four calendar years,
and that the voter must re-register in order to be eligible to
vote, shall be sent" to the last known address of such voter.

On the last day of July and the last day of January in each
year, beginning with the last day of July in the year 1939, the
Clerks of the Circuit Courts of Montgomery and Washington
Counties shall certify, under seal of their office, to the Perma-
nent Boards of Registry of their respective counties, a list
showing all persons convicted in said respective Courts of
infamous crimes; and on the last day of July and the last day
of January in each year, beginning with the last day of July
in the year 1939, the Health Officers of Montgomery and
Washington Counties shall certify to the Permanent Board
of Registry of said respective counties a list showing the
names of all persons reported deceased in said respective
counties, said list to cover the period from the last report to
date; whenever the death or conviction of larceny or other
infamous crime of any registered voter shall be reported to
said Permanent Board of Registry, it shall cause to be mailed
to the address of such voter, as it appears upon the registra-
