separate lines in a square or box to the right and opposite, the
words: "For Dispensary and a corresponding square or box to
the right and opposite, the words: "Against Dispensary. " The
same to be printed on said Ballots so as to give the voters a
clear opportunity to designate by a cross (X) in a square or
box opposite the words "For Dispensary" or "Against Dispen-
sary" his answer to such questions.

If a majority of the voters voting at said Election shall
vote "For Dispensary" then the dispensary located in the
Town of Aberdeen or Bel Air (as the case may be) shall con-
tinue to operate under the provisions of this Act, but if a ma-
jority of the voters voting at said Election shall vote "Against
Dispensary" then the said dispensary located in such Town,
created under the provisions of this Act, shall cease to operate
on April 1, 1941.

The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Harford Coun-
ty so that the question as to whether or not the dispen-
sary located in the City of Havre de Grace shall continue to
operate after April 1, 1941, may be determined, shall cause to
be printed on the Ballots to be used at said General Election
held in 1940 in said City the question: "Shall there be a Dis-
pensary in Havre de Grace?", after which question there shall
be arranged the same method for the voters to express their
desires as is provided for the Town of Bel Air.

If a majority of the voters voting at said Election shall vote
"For Dispensary" then the dispensary located in the City of
Havre de Grace shall continue to operate under the provisions
of this Act, but if a majority of the voters voting at said Elec-
tion shall vote "Against Dispensary" then the said dispensary
located in said City, created under the provisions of this Act,
shall cease to operate on April 1, 1941.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That if ten percent
(10%) of the qualified voters in any of the Election Districts
of Harford County, outside the corporate limits of Bel Air and
Havre de Grace, shall address and deliver to the Supervisors
of Elections of Harford County, on or before the first day of
October, 1940, a petition or petitions containing the names of
such voters in their own handwriting, requesting that the ques-
tion as to whether or not a dispensary shall be located in such
District, shall be voted on by the qualified voters of such Dis-
trict at the General Election to be held in November, 1940,
provided that the voters in Bel Air and Havre de Grace shall
not participate in any election provided for in this Section,
then the said Supervisors shall cause to be printed on the Bal-
lots to be used in said General Election in such District, the
question: "Shall there be a Dispensary in..................

District?", after which question there shall be arranged the
