hereinafter set forth, and shall be known as the Maryland-
Washington Regional District, hereinafter referred to as the
District.
The boundaries of the District shall be as follows:
Beginning" at a point where the Maryland-District of Co-
lumbia Boundary Line, in Montgomery County, intersects
with the Maryland-Virginia Boundary Line on the south side
of the Potomac River and running thence in a northwesterly
direction with the said Maryland-Virginia Boundary Line to
a point of intersection of the said Maryland-Virginia Boun-
dary Line with a straight line produced southwesterly from
the point of intersection of the center of the Falls Road and
the center of the road running westerly and northwesterly
from Scotland, at Wayside School, through Oak Spring Lock
Triangulation Station; thence northeasterly with aforesaid
line to a point 300 feet east of the center of Seven Locks
Roads; thence southerly with a line 300 feet east and parallel
to the center of said Seven Locks Road to a point 300 feet
north of the center of the road running westerly from Ran-
dolph to Seven Locks Road, past the Montrose School; thence
easterly with a line 300 feet north and parallel to the center
of the said road from Randolph to Seven Locks Road to a
point 300 feet west of the center of Rockville-Washington
Road; thence northwesterly with a line 300 feet west and
parallel to the center of said Rockville-Washington Road
to the southern boundary of the Town of Rockville; thence
easterly and northerly along the present boundary lines of
the said Town of Rockville to a point 300 feet north of the
center of the Rockville-Norbeck Road; thence northeasterly
with a line 300 feet north and parallel to the center of said
Rockville-Norbeck Road to a point 300 feet west of the center
of the Norbeck-Dayton Road; thence northerly with a line
300 feet west and parallel to the center of said Norbeck-
Dayton Road to a point where the said line intersects with
the Montgomery-Howard County Line; thence southeasterly
along the said Montgomery-Howard County Line to a common
corner of the Montgomery, Howard and Prince George's Coun-
ties; thence southerly along the Montgomery-Prince George's
County Line to the northwest corner of Election District
No. 2 (Berwyn) in Prince George's County; thence east-
erly along the present northern boundary of the Election Dis-
trict No. 2 (Berwyn) to the center of Little Paint Branch;
thence northerly along the center of the said Branch to a
point in the center of Colesville-Beltsville Road; thence east-
erly with the center of said Colesville-Beltsville Road, and
the center of the O'Dell Road to a point in the center of the
Old Washington-Baltimore Road; thence southwesterly along
the center of said road to the center of a road leading from
