assessable property in said County sufficient to pay the in-
stallments thereof as the same shall become due, the taxes so
levied to be collected in the same manner as the taxes levied
for the payment of the interest, as above set forth.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 375 to 380F, inclusive, of Article
6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxi-
cating' Drinks", as the same were enacted by Chapter 523 of
the Acts of 1933, and as amended by Chapter 68 of the Acts
of the Special Session of 1933, and to enact in lieu thereof
twelve new sections, to be known as Sections 375 to 380F,
inclusive, and to follow immediately after Section 374 of
said Article, providing for the sale of beer, lager beer, ale,
porter and stout and other brewed beverages containing
not more than six per centum (6%) of alcohol by volume;
prescribing regulations and placing restrictions on the sale
thereof; prescribing license fees to be paid for the sale
thereof; providing how and by whom said licenses shall be
issued; prescribing penalties for the violation of the pro-
visions thereof; and providing further that nothing in this
Act shall be construed to interfere with any prosecution
that has or may hereafter be commenced for any violation
of these sections hereby repealed or added, happening pre-
vious to the date this law becomes effective.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 375 to 380F, inclusive, of Article 6 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Caroline Coun-
ty", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks", as said sec-
tions were enacted by Chapter 523 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland at its Regular Session of 1933, and
amended by Chapter 68 of said Acts at its Special Session of
1933, be and the same are hereby repealed, and that twelve
new sections be and they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof,
said new sections to be known as Sections 375 to 380F, in-
clusive, to follow immediately after Section 374 of said Article
and to read as follows:
