more, the sum of two thousand dollars.
88. To the devise contained in the will of Emily I. Ritter,
said will being probated December 29, 1899, of a two-thirds
interest in certain lots to the Hospital of the Protestant Epis-
copal Church in Philadelphia, and a one-third interest to St.
James' Protestant Episcopal Church, 222 Eighth Street, N. E.,
Washington, D. C., said lots being Nos. 3 and 4 in Hickey
and Offutt Subdivision, Thirteenth District of Montgomery
County, Maryland.
89. To the following devise contained in the last Will and
Testament of Ruth R. Wheeler, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, dated August 7, 1924, viz: To the Home for the Aged of
the Methodist Protestant Church, a religious corporation,
tract of farm land containing 29 acres, more or less, at Bird
Hill, Carroll County, Maryland, with improvements. See
Deed—Charles R. Fink, et al. to Ruth R. Wheeler dated
September 5, 1900, and recorded among the Land Records of
Carroll County in Liber J. H. B. No. 93, folio 424.

AN ACT to add nine new sections to Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County", sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating
Drinks", said new sections to be known as Sections 525D to
525L, inclusive, and to follow immediately after Section
525C of said Article, as said section was amended by Chap-
ter 243 of the Acts of 1937, relating to licenses for the sale
of alcoholic beverages in Frederick County.
