44. To the bequest contained in the Will of Florence A.
Lambert, recorded in Liber J. H. No. 1, folio 286, one of the
Will Records for Frederick County, to the Evangelical Lu-
theran Church of Frederick, Maryland, of the sum of
$3000. 00.

45. To the bequest contained in the Will of Florence A. Lam-
bert, recorded in Liber J. H. No. 1, folio 286, one of the Will
Records for Frederick County, to the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Frederick, Maryland, of real estate appraised at
$6000. 00 upon the death of life tenant.

46. To the bequest contained in the Will of Frank L.
Stoner, dated July 2, 1932, and recorded in Liber J. H. No. 1,
folio 331, one of the Will Records for Frederick County, be-
queathed to the Frederick Women's Christian Temperance
Union of the sum of $500. 00.

47. To the bequest contained in the Will of Frank L. Stoner,
dated July 2, 1932, and recorded in Liber J. H. No. 1, folio
331, one of the Will Records for Frederick County, to the
Farmers & Mechanics National Bank of Frederick, of the
sum of $5000. 00 in trust nevertheless, to invest and re-invest
the same and pay the interest and income arising therefrom
to the Treasurer of the Frederick Presbyterian Church, a body
corporate, for the support of the minister.

48. To the bequest contained in the Will of Frank L. Stoner,
dated July 2, 1932, and recorded in Liber J. H. No. 1, folio
331, one of the Will Records for Frederick County, to the
Farmers & Mechanics National Bank of Frederick of the sum
of $20, 000. 00 in trust nevertheless to invest and re-invest the
same and apply the net income and profits arising therefrom
to the maintenance of a free scholarship at Western Mary-
land College, to be known as the Florence R. Stoner Western
Maryland College Free Scholarship.

49. To the bequest contained in Item 4 of the Last Will
and Testament of Bertram Constable, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, duly probated and filed for record in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City on or about Feb-
ruary 27, 1939 (see Estate Docket J. H. D. No. 51, Folio
554-—File NO. 28910) and recorded in Liber J. H. D. No. 195,
Folio —, wherein a certain portion of the rest and residue
of the Testator's Estate was bequeathed as follows: "3—A one-
eighth share thereof to St. Michaels and All Angels P. E.

Church, St. Paul and 20th Streets, Baltimore, Maryland".

50. To deed from The Eden Construction Company of Bal-
timore City, a body corporate, to Most Reverend Michael J.
