(j) To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars to the Gospel
Mission, John Marshall Place, Washington, District of Colum-
bia.
40. To the devise to The Corporation of Roman Catholic
Clergymen of Maryland in the Will of Eugene deL. McDonnell,
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in "Wills", Liber J. H. B. 188, folio 100, of an undivided one-
half interest in the property located in the City of Baltimore
known as No. 506 N. Gay Street, having a frontage on Gay
Street of approximately 16 feet 6 inches and a depth of approx-
imately 100 feet, improved by a three-story brick building.
41. To the bequest contained in the Will of Marshall O.
Ramsburg, dated April 10, 1915, and recorded in Liber J. H.
No. 1, folio 221, one of the Will Records for Frederick County,
of $400. 00 par value of the stock of the Walkersville Water
Company to the Glade Reformed Congregation of Walkers-
ville, Frederick County, Maryland, in trust, the income and
proceeds to be used under the direction of the Consistory of the
Congregation for the general use and purposes of said con-
gregation.
42. To the bequest contained in the Will of Rev. Charles
Emory Dudrear, recorded in Liber M. F. S. No. 1, folio 279,
one of the Will Records for Frederick County, to Israel's
Creek Methodist Episcopal Church, Inc., of Walkersville (to-
gether with several other legatees) the rest and residue of
said estate. The amount distributed to said organization be-
ing $308. 93 cash and $21. 93 Certificate of Beneficial Interest.
43. To the bequest contained in the Will of Edith Markey,
recorded in Liber J. H. No. 1, folio 167, one of the Will Rec-
ords for Frederick County, to the Council of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Frederick, Maryland, of the sum of
$1000. 00.
