CHAPTER 681.
(House Bill 370)

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Amusement Licenses", said new
sections to be known as Sections 12A and 12B and to follow
immediately after Section 12 of said Article, providing for
the licensing of pin ball games, and legalizing the distribu-
tion, possession and operation thereof in Charles County.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 682.
(House Bill 854)

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 56 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement), title "Licenses",
sub-title "Traders", said new section to be known as Section
65B, to follow immediately after Section 65A of said Article,
providing for licensing of certain florists in Baltimore
City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That one new section be and it is hereby added to Article
56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935 Supplement),
title "Licenses", sub-title "Traders", said new section to be
known as Section 65B, to follow immediately after Section
65A of said Article and to read as follows:

65B. (1) No person, firm, association, partnership or cor-
poration shall engage in selling any flowers or flowering plants,
bushes or shrubs at wholesale or retail, in Baltimore City,
unless he or it is the bona fide grower thereof or is duly
licensed as a florist pursuant to this section.

(2) The Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas in Baltimore
City shall issue a florist license to any applicant upon payment
