1344 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 651

That the citizens of the Community of Fairmount Heights,
North Fairmount Heights, Bryn Mawr, Waterford, that
part of West Fairmount Heights, that part of Weisner's sub-
division, and that part of Slocum's subdivision, which lies
within the boundaries described in Section 2 of this Act, in
the Seat Pleasant Election District of Prince George's County,
Maryland, are hereby made a body corporate by the name of
Mayor and Common Council of Fairmount Heights, and by
that name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued,
have and use a common seal, purchase and hold real, personal
and mixed property, sell, lease and dispose of the same for
municipal purposes.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the boundaries of
the said town shall be as follows: Beginning at the north-
eastern corner of Seat Pleasant at the District of Columbia
boundary line, thence Northwesterly along the District Line
to the South Line of Sheriff Road; thence easterly along said
Sheriff Road to the central line of Sixty-third (63rd) Street,
thence along the center line of Sixty-third (63rd) Street to
Chapel Avenue, thence across Chapel Avenue to the Seat Pleas-
ant Boundary Line at the Addison Chapel Church lot; thence
following the Seat Pleasant Boundary Line to the point of
beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all citizens of the
United States of the age of twenty-one (21) years or over,
who shall have resided within the limits of said town not less
than one year, next preceding any regular town election, shall
be entitled to register, and thereafter to vote at any election
held in said town under the provisions of any act requiring
an election to be held in said town for any town purpose
whatsoever, so long as they remain on the registration books
of said town. Said registration shall be held on two different
days between the hours of 7 o'clock A. M. and 7 o'clock P. M.,
not less than 12 days nor more than 24 days before the date of
a regular election, and at least four days shall intervene
between such registration days. The provisions of the general
election laws of Maryland so far as applicable shall be fol-
lowed in the registration, noting and striking of names from
the registration books, suspect lists and notices to persons
listed for striking. The second of such registration days shall
be a revision as well as a registration day, and all persons
who have actually removed their residences from the town
shall be stricken from such registration books on such re-
vision day. The judges of election hereinafter provided for
shall act as registration officers. At least five days before the
first of such registration days the Mayor and Common Council
