CHAPTER 634.
(House Bill 737)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Roads", said new section to be
known as Section 419A and to follow immediately after
Section 419 of said Article, to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of said county to assume full juris-
diction over certain roads in said county, for the purpose
of maintaining, constructing and completing same, said
roads being less than thirty feet wide.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Roads", said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 419A, to follow immediately after
Section 419 of said Article, and to read as follows:

419A. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
are hereby authorized and empowered to assume full juris-
diction over the following roads in said county, for the pur-
pose of maintaining, constructing and completing same, said
roads being less than thirty-feet wide and described as follows:

(1) Third Election District, Pines-On-The-Severn—
Beginning for the same at the intersection of the present
county road known as Ridgeway and Old River Road and
running thence to Edgeway Road for a distance of approxi-
mately 550 feet, said section being known as Old River Road
as shown on a plat entitled, "Pines On The Severn", and
recorded in Plat Book No. W. M. B. 1, folio No. 15, of Anne
Arundel County.

(2) Third Election District, Cypress Creek—
Beginning for the same at the end of the present county
road leading from the Old Annapolis Boulevard to Cypress
Creek and running thence in an easterly direction for ap-
proximately 713 feet to Rice's Wharf on Cypress Creek to-
gether with a section intersecting with the above-mentioned
road 336 feet from the end of the present county road and
running in a southerly direction for a distance of approxi-
mately 311 feet.

(3) Third Election District, Elvaton—

Beginning for the same at a point on the present county
road, commonly known as the Jumper's Old Hole Road, ap-
proximately 1000 feet from the Elvaton Railroad Station on
the B, and A. Railroad, and running thence in an easterly
