SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

(House Bill 723)

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Register of Wills of
Frederick County, Maryland, to deliver to the Treasurer of
the Sisters of Charity of Saint Joseph's, Emmitsburg, Fred-
erick County, Maryland, the original last Will and Testa-
ment of Elizabeth Ann Seton, upon his making and filing a
certified copy of said last Will and Testament, in the files
of his office.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Register of Wills for Frederick County, Mary-
land, be and lie is hereby authorized and directed to deliver
to the Treasurer of the Sisters of Charity of St. Joseph's,
Emmitsburg, Frederick County, Maryland, the original last
Will and Testament of Elizabeth Ann Seton, now on file in
his office and recorded in Liber H. S. No. 2, Folio 475, one of
the books for recording wills in the office of the Register of
Wills for Frederick County, Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That before delivering
said original last Will and Testament of the said Elizabeth
Ann Seton, as aforesaid, the said Register of Wills, make and
file a certified copy of the said last Will and Testament of the
said Elizabeth Ann Seton, to be filed in place of the original
last Will and Testament of the said Elizabeth Ann Seton, to
be substituted in the place and stead of said original last Will
and Testament of the said Elizabeth Ann Seton, and he shall
note thereon his authority by virtue of this act, by a reference
to this Act of Assembly.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1939.
