scribed in a deed from said Trustees to H. O. Firor and wife
dated July 21, 1938 and recorded among said Land Records
in Liber C. W. B. Jr. No. 1039, folio 345 and running thence
binding on the last line of said last mentioned deed, reversely,
North 2°-40' East 367. 21 feet to the center line of the right
of way of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad, thence
binding on said center line, North 50°-48' East 19. 40 feet,
thence South 53°-45' East 277. 22 feet to intersect said before
mentioned 12th line at a point distant 165. 52 feet southwest-
erly from the beginning thereof, thence binding on said 12th
line as now surveyed South 50° W 338. 48 feet to the begin-
ning thereof. Containing 1. 1 acres more or less.

And that the said Howard O. Firor and Clara M. Firor,
his wife, of Baltimore County are hereby authorized to convey
to the State of Maryland for the use of the State Department
of Education by a proper deed all the right, title, interest
or estate of the said Howard O. Firor and Clara M. Firor,
his wife, of Baltimore County, in and to the following parcel
of land adjacent to the said State Teacher's College at Towson,
and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for the same at a stone at the beginning of the
10th of North 37°-38' East 187. 5 foot line of the land de-
scribed in a deed from the Union Trust Co. of Pittsburg, Pa.
to H. O. Firor and wife dated May 3, 1938 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber C. W.
B. Jr. No. 1030, folio 230, and running thence binding on the
10th, 11th and 12th lines of said deed and on the division lines
of the land of said H. O. Firor and of the State of Maryland
the three following courses and distances, namely, North-
easterly, 187. 5 feet, Northwesterly, 142 feet to a stone marked
S. A. and South 50° West 165. 52 feet, thence leaving said
division lines, South 53°-45' East 161. 86 feet to the place of
beginning. Containing 0. 60 acres more or less.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1939.
