by this Act and to be used and disposed of in the manner and
form as is now provided in said Chapter 55 of the Acts of the
Special Session of the year 1933, or in accordance with any
amendment thereof.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That before the Treasurer
of said Gaithersburg-Washington Grove Fire Department, Inc.,
shall pay any of said obligations or debts due from or owing
by said Gaithersburg-Washington Grove Fire Department,
Inc., existing as of June 1st, 1939, he shall first procure the
approval of the Commission or a majority of its members
created by Chapter 55 of the Acts of the Special Session of
1933, for all of such payments.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the said Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County shall have the power to fix the
maturities, terms and sale of said bonds in accordance with
the provisions hereinbefore named, together with the manner
and terms of their payment with the interest rate hereinbefore
set forth, and are hereby further authorized to secure said
bonds by the entire faith and credit of said Montgomery
County.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That any and all Acts
or parts of Acts, and all laws or parts of laws, whether Public
General or Public Local Laws, inconsistent with or conflicting
in any way with the provisions of this Act, be and they are
hereby repealed in so far and to the extent that the same
shall conflict.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1939.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of County Commissioners of
Montgomery County to publish the reassessment of taxable
property in Montgomery County or appropriate statistical
information respecting the reassessment, providing that the
cost thereof shall not exceed the sum of Seventy-five Hun-
dred Dollars ($7, 500. 00).
