277E. Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to
apply to sales of methanol by or to pharmacists, or to sales by
the manufacturer of methanol direct to other manufacturers
for manufacturing purposes.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 361.
AN, ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
40, Talbot County, Paragraph (a) of Article 39 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and
Fisheries, " sub-title "Further Regulations in County Wat-
ers, " as same was enacted by Chapter 471 of the Acts of
1929 of the General Assembly of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 40, Talbot County, Paragraph (a),
of Article 39 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Further Regulations in
County Waters, " as enacted by Chapter 471 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1929 be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
40. Talbot County, (a) It shall be unlawful to fish with
any kind of nets in the waters of Talbot County except that gill
nets when set may be used at all times to catch fish in any of
the waters of Talbot County, provided, however, that none of
the provisions in this Act shall apply to the waters of the
Chesapeake Bay bordering on Talbot County, nor from August
1st to May 21st next succeeding in each year in that part of
Wye River which is the dividing line between Talbot County
and Queen Anne's County in so far as fike nets are concerned,
and it shall be lawful to catch fish in Skipton Creek and in
Harris Creek with haul seines from August 1st to May 21st
next succeeding in each year, both dates inclusive, provided
the mesh in all seines are in the bar not less than one and one-
half inches.
