fund is such, in the judgment of the Commission, as to make
such dividend declaration warranted and advisable.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted,, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1st, 1931.

CHAPTER 341.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 101 of the Annotated
Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, Edition of
1924, title "Workmen's Compensation, " sub-title "State
Accident Fund, " the said new section to follow immediately
after Section 28, and to be known as Section 28A, author-
izing the State Industrial Accident Commission to establish
rules and regulations not inconsistent with law, for the
administration of the State Accident Fund.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be, and the same is hereby added
to Article 101 of the Annotated Code of the Public General
Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, title "Workmen's Com-
pensation, " sub-title "State Accident Fund, " the said new sec-
tion to follow immediately after Section 28 of said Article, to
be known as Section 28A, and to read as follows:

28A. In the administration of the State Accident Fund,
the Commission shall have full power and authority to make
any and all rules and regulations not inconsistent with law, for
the conduct of the business of the State Accident Fund.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1931.
