not receive any other compensation, emolument, payment, re-
payment or recompense, of any kind whatsoever, for the serv-
ices rendered by said Supervisors under the present or future
provisions of Article 33 of 'the Annotated Code of Maryland,
including the 1929 Supplement to said Code,

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 55.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's County to increase the pension of Percy Towers and
to pay a pension to Clayton Legg and wife, per year, pay-
able monthly.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
County be and they are hereby authorized to increase the pen-
sion of Percy Towers from one hundred dollars ($100) to two
hundred dollars ($200) per year, payable monthly.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's County be and they are here-
by authorized to pay a pension of one hundred ($100) dollars
each per year, payable monthly, to Clayton Legg and wife
during their natural life and to levy taxes for the same.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act take effect
June 1, 1931.

men of Frostburg to issue bonds, to be known as "Frostburg
Water Improvement Bonds of 1931, " to an amount not ex-
