by the Treasurer. The Board of County Commissioners shall
furnish daily to the Treasurer information showing all trans-
fers of property, changes of assessment, and all other informa-
tion or changes thereof occurring on the assessment books in
the office of the Board of County Commissioners and it shall
be the duty of the Treasurer to record such transfers, changes
of assessment and other information so received by him in the
collection books kept by him, from which information he may
be able to compute and enter the total amount of tax chargeable
against each lot or parcel of taxable property. It shall be the
duty of the Board of County Commissioners and the Treas-
urer to keep their respective books as a record complete and
in entire accord with the exception of the amount to be col-
lected by way of taxes upon any lot or parcel of taxable prop-
erty, which item shall appear on the Treasurer's books only.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this- Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 321.
AN ACT to repeal Section 106 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caro-
line County," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to en-
act in lieu thereof eleven new sections to be known as Sections
106, 106A, 106B, 106C, 106D, 106E, 106F, 106G, 106H, 106-1
and 106J, providing that the County Commissioners of Caro-
line County shall constitute the Board of Estimates of said
County, defining the powers and duties of said Board of
Estimates, establishing the budget system of finance for said
County and providing for the manner of administering the
same, and limiting the amount of money which the County
Commissioners may temporarily borrow.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 106 of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County, 7'
sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is; hereby repealed,
and that eleven new sections be and they are hereby enacted in
lieu thereof, said new sections to be known as Sections 106, 106A,
106B, 106C, 106D, 106E, 106F, 106G, 106H, 106-1 and 106J,
and to read as follows:
