in Liber A. L. J. No. 1, folio 247, was organized inter alia to
take, receive and hold in trust any money or other property in-
tended for the formation, laying out or maintenance of said
Cemetery, or any part or parts thereof, and to apply the same
to fulfill the purposes of said trust; and
WHEREAS, a majority of the original stockholders of said
Company have died and their estates have been settled without
noticing the stock held by such decedent; and
"WHEREAS, at a meeting duly held on the 19th day of Septem-
ber, 1930, representatives of said stockholders met and elected
Robert Seneca, Robert Van diver, S. Russell Reasin, J. William
O'Neill, Stevenson A. Williams, George L. Hopper and Jackson
W. Maslin, the directors of said Company; and
WHEREAS, it has been suggested that a question might arise
with reference to the proper formalities accompanying said elec-
tion; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Robert Seneca, Robert Vandiver, S. Russell Reasin,
J. William O'Neill, Stevenson A. Williams, George L. Hopper
and Jackson W. Maslin be and they are hereby ratified and con-
firmed as the directors of The Angel Hill Cemetery Company of
Harford County, to hold their offices until the next annual meet-
ing of the stockholders, and in accordance with the provisions of
the corporation laws of this State.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said Cemetery
Company is hereby authorized and empowered to take, receive
and hold in trust any money or other property intended for the
formation, laying out or maintenance of said Cemetery, or any
part or parts thereof, and to apply the same to fulfill the pur-
poses of said trusts.

CHAPTER 315.
AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the County Com-
missioners of Wicomico County to borrow upon the faith
and credit of Wicomico County to the amount of ninety
thousand dollars ($90, 000. 00) and issue and sell coupon
bonds therefor, to be known as "Wicomico County Scrip
