be charged against said road tax and finally deducted from the
same when the tax is collected.

447.     The Commission shall be, and it is hereby authorized
to prescribe all needful rules and regulations for the adminis-
tration and enforcement of this Act,

448.     Nothing in this Act contained shall be deemed or
construed to authorize the condemnation of any property in
Anne Arundel County owned, controlled by the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, or the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County.

449.     When said Commission files its budget with the
County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County, the said
County Commissioners shall have the power to amend, alter or
reduce said budget in their discretion.

450.     All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the pro-
visions of this Act, be, and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of their inconsistency; provided that nothing herein
contained shall be taken as restricting any control which the
State Board of Health of Maryland is empowered to exercise
within the sanitary districts, and nothing in this Act shall
apply to the City of Annapolis or the First Precinct of the
Fifth Election District of Anne Arundel County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1931.

AN ACT to confirm and ratify an election of officers of The
Angel Hill Cemetery Company of Harford County, and to
give said Company additional powers.
