road leading toward Blacks School, now known as Andover
road; thence with the center line of said Andover road north-
westerly about 4, 700 feet to the boundary line between the
properties of the R. L. Shipley Estate and the property of
Andrew Walinski; thence with the boundary line between the
R. L. Shipley estate and the property of Andrew Walinski
northerly to the southwestmost corner of the property of the
Shipley Heights Development Company; thence with the out-
lines of Shipley Heights K 18°44' E. 852. 4 feet S. 71°04' E.
833. 95 feet to a white oak, N. 23°49' E. 1, 438. 43 feet to a
stone, K 74°26' E. 669. 12 feet to a stone, the said stone also
being a boundary of Linthicum Heights Annex; thence with
the outlines of Linthicum Heights Annex 1ST. 74°15' E. 160. 7
feet to a stone at the southwest corner of Kingston Heights;
thence with the same as shown on a plat of subdivision north-
erly 1, 364. 5 feet; thence easterly 1, 510 feet, more or less, to
a point 200 feet west of the center line of the Hammonds Ferry
State road; thence parallel to and 200 feet westerly from the
said Hammonds Ferry road north about 7, 400 feet to inter-
sect the boundary between Anne Arundel and Baltimore Coun-
ties; thence with the Patapsco River and the boundary line,
between Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties easterly 200
feet to the point where the Hammonds Ferry road crosses the
Patapsco River; thence continuing with the boundary between
Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties easterly about 8, 100
feet to the point of beginning. Containing approximately ten
square miles.

Beginning for the second part at a point 0*11 the southeast
shore of Spa Creek and in the center line of the bridge leading
from Annapolis to Eastport, and running from thence with
the southeast shore of Spa Creek southwesterly to a point in
the center line of old Bay Ridge Railroad; thence leaving the
shore of Spa Creek and running with the center line of said
railroad southeasterly about three-quarters of a mile to the
intersection of said railroad with the center line of Tyler
Street; thence leaving said railroad and running with the cen-
ter line of said Tyler Street easterly about fifteen hundred and
seventy feet to intersect the center line of the State road lead-
ing from Eastport to Arundel-on-the-Bay; thence leaving Ty-
ler Street and running with the aforementioned State road
northerly about two hundred and fifty feet to a culvert over a
small stream; thence leaving the State road and running with
the aforementioned stream easterly about sixteen hundred feet
