tion 7 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929
Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Ordinary
Taxes, " sub-heading "What Shall Be Taxed and Where," said
new paragraph to be known as paragraph (32). to follow imme-
diately after paragraph (31) of said section, and to read as
follows:

(32) The intangible personal property of The Hibernian
Society of Baltimore used exclusively for a school or schools or
the maintenance thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

Approved April 17, 1931.

CHAPTER 300.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Queen Anne's County, Maryland, to borrow on the credit of
said county the sum of twenty thousand dollars and to issue
and sell bonds in the aforesaid amount and to levy an annual
sum to pay such bonds and the interest thereon as they ma-
ture; said bonds to be called the '' Queen Anne's County
School Bonds of 1931, " the proceeds of said bonds to be used
to repay money advanced or to be advanced by the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's County to complete and fur-
nish the new Stevensville High School Building in or near
Stevensville, Queen Anne's County, and the surplus to be used
by the Board of County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
County towards the installation of lavatories and proper sew-
erage disposal for the high school building in Centerville,
Queen Anne's County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County,
Maryland, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
borrow on the credit of said county an amount not exceeding
twenty thousand dollars and to issue coupon bonds therefor, not
later than July 1, 1931, in sums of not less than one hundred
dollars nor more than one thousand dollars. Said bonds shall
be signed by the President of said Board of County Commis-
sioners and countersigned by the clerk thereof, under the cor-
porate seal of said Board of County Commissioners, to be desig-
nated as '' Queen Anne's County School Bonds of 1931, '' and shall
bear interest at a rate to be fixed by the County Commissioners
