where said fines, penalties or forfeitures are directed to be paid
otherwise directed to any fines, penalties or forfeitures otherwise
Nature to be paid under Article 19A, title "Conservation of
directed Resources," nor to any fines, penalties or forfeitures
"Fhseries to be paid under the provisions of Article 39, title
the A and Fisheries," as contained in the Annotated Code of
of Public General Laws of Maryland; nor to any ordinance
any incorporated town in Prince George's County, except
nat one-half of the fines, penalties or forfeitures resulting
from convictions or violations of any ordinance of an incorpo-
rated town in said county shall be paid over to the County
Commissioners, to be used by them for the maintenance of the
said Prince George's County Police.

SEC. 13. And be it further enacted, That all fees, costs and
charges in any and all criminal or civil cases allowed Con-
stables under Public General or Public Local Laws of this
State, which are paid over to any member of the Prince
George's County Police, and required by them or any of them
under the provisions of this Act to be delivered to the County
Commissioners, shall, without any deduction whatsoever, in
turn be paid over to the County Commissioners for the iise of
the county.

SEC. 14. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts of any Public General or Public Local Laws incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act, be, and the same are
hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 15. And be it further enacted, That should any sec-
tion of this Act or any part of a section hereof be declared
unconstitutional, the section or part of section so deemed or
declared to be unconstitutional shall be deemed and taken to-
be severable from the balance of said Act, and all the balance
of said section or parts of sections and all the balance of said
Act shall be and remain as a valid and subsisting Act-

CHAPTER 232.

AN ACT to increase the area of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District within Prince George's County and to ex-
tend the jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission thereover.
