ers are hereby declared to be a lien upon all real estate in said
town from the date of their levy until paid.

SEC. 16. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of said Prince George's County shall, and they are
hereby directed to, return and pay over annually to the Com-
missioners of said town of Fairmount Heights three-fourths
(%) of the money collected on account of the county road tax
from property within the said town of Fairmount Heights in
the same amount and manner as is now required by law to be
paid to incorporated towns in said county the money so re-
turned to be expended by the said Commissioners of Fair-
mount Heights for improving, maintaining and repairing the
roads, streets, lanes and alleys in said town..

SEC. 17. And be it further enacted, That said members of
said Board of Commissioners of Fairmount Heights, for the
purpose of making contracts or otherwise incurring liabilities
in the performance of the duties provided by this Act, shall
be considered in law as a corporation, and are not to be held
individually or personally liable in connection therewith.

SEC. 18. And be it further enacted, That the treasurer of
said Commissioners of Fairmount Heights shall deposit all
funds coming into his hands as such, together with all interest
accruing thereon, in such depository or depositories as directed
"by a majority of the said Commissioners, to his credit as such
treasurer, and that the treasurer of said Commissioners shall
not dispose of any of the funds coming into his hands as such
treasurer, except upon check duly signed by him as treasurer
and countersigned by the chairman of said Board of Commis-
sioners, or some member thereof acting as chairman. Such
acting chairman shall be duly authorized to act by resolution
of said Board of Commissioners, which must first be placed
upon the minute book of the Board of Commissioners.

SEC. 19. And be it further enacted, That for the purposes
of determining whether the citizens of said Fairmount Heights
desire to incorporate there shall be held an election on the first
Monday in May, 1931, under the supervision of the committee
hereinafter named, the manner and procedure of which shall
be as follows:

The committee to conduct such election shall consist of
Charles W. Hawkins, George Patterson and Isaiah Miles as
