interest on said bonds outstanding, and to redeem said bonds as
they mature and become due, said taxes to be collected as other
taxes levied in said County are collected.
SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That the County Treas-
urer of Wicomico County shall keep in a book to be provided
for that purpose, a full registry of the bonds, sold, the serial
numbers of said bonds, the names of the purchasers, the
amounts realized thereon, and all redemptions and maturities
thereof.
SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and having
been passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

CHAPTER 32.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 14 of the Annotated
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (Ed. of 1930). title-
"Howard County, " to be under the sub-title "Foxes, " to be
known as 198A, to prevent the shooting, killing or taking of
foxes under certain conditions in Howard County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and the same is hereby added
to Article 14 of the Annotated Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard County, " to be
under sub-title "Foxes, " to be known as Section 198A, and to
follow immediately after Section 198 of said Article, said
new section to read as follows:
198A. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, shoot
at, injure or kill any fox while such fox is being pursued
by dogs, or to shoot or molest any dog while chasing or
trailing a fox, or to dig out or in any manner take from any
