15. All money received as penalties for violations of the
provisions of this. Article, less the cost of collection and not
otherwise provided for, together with any amount obtained
from the State forest reserves, shall be paid into the State treas-
ury to the credit of the forest reserve fund, which fund is here-
by created; and the monies in said fund are hereby appro-
priated for purposes of forest protection, management, replace-
ment and extension, under the direction of the Regents of the
University of Maryland, provided that each year there shall be
paid to the County Commissioners of each county in which
shall be located any part of the State forest reserves, 15 per
cent of the revenue derived from such part of the State forest
reserve as is located in that county.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1st, 1931.

CHAPTER 187.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor and Council
of Crisfield, in Somerset County, Maryland, to issue ocu-
pon bonds to the extent of thirty thousand dollars on the
faith and credit of said municipal corporation for the con-
struction of a new draw bridge in said city.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Mayor and Council of Crisfield, in Somer-
set County, Maryland, is hereby authorized and empowered,
from time to time, to issue bonds on the faith and credit of
said municipal corporation in the sum of not exceeding thirty
thousand dollars ($30, 000. 00); said bonds to be issued in
denominations of five hundred ($500. 00) dollars or one thou-
sand ($1, 000. 00) dollars, each, numbered consecutively, to
bear interest not exceeding five per cent, per annum, payable
semi-annually, and shall mature serially. Two thousand dollars
of said bonds shall mature and be paid five years after date of
issue and two thousand annually thereafter until all of said
bonds shall mature and be paid; and said bonds shall be signed
by the Mayor of Crisfield, sealed with the seal of the corpora-
tion and attested by the Clerk thereof. The faith and credit
