The members from time to time of societies of Christian En-
deavor now or hereafter connected with the Corporation shall,
by virtue of such membership, be members of the Corporation
during the period of such membership so long as the societies,
of which they are respectively members, shall be connected with
the Corporation. Any society of Christian Endeavor now or
hereafter connected with the Corporation may sever such con-
nection upon its application to do so.

9.      The annual meeting of the Corporation shall be held as
a convention and shall be open to all members of the Corpora-
tion. The time and place of holding such annual meetings or
conventions and/or any special meeting of members shall be
determined as from time to time provided by the by-laws, but
the Corporation shall not be required by its by-laws to desig-
nate a fixed or stated time or place for such annual meetings or
conventions. Such annual or special meetings may be held
within or without the State of Maryland. Such notice of the
time and place of holding such annual meetings or conventions
and of the time, place and purpose of special meetings of mem-
bers shall be given as shall be from time to time provided by
the by-laws of the Corporation. No failure of notice of any
annual meeting shall invalidate such meeting or any action
taken thereat. The members attending in person the respec-
tive sessions of any such annual or special meetings, whatever
their number, shall constitute a quorum for the respective
sessions so attended. There shall be no voting by proxy.

10.      The Executive Committee shall have the power to
adopt, alter and repeal by-laws at any regular or special meet-
ing thereof, and the members shall have like power to adopt,
alter and repeal by-laws at its annual meeting or convention
or at any special meeting by the affirmative vote of a majority
of the members present at the session of such annual meeting
or convention or special meeting at which the same shall be
presented and acted upon.

11.     The Corporation shall have, in addition to the powers
hereby conferred, all such rights and powers as may now or
hereafter be conferred upon corporations by the Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland. The Executive Committee
shall have in addition to the powers hereby conferred all such
rights and powers as may be now or hereafter conferred upon
