sent from said county when said land may be needed or desired
by said Corporation, then it may proceed to condemn the same
in the manner provided in Article 33A of the Code of Public
General Laws of this State.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the said Corporation
is authorized and empowered to borrow money, by way of mort-
gage, on the land so acquired, or otherwise, for the purpose of
paying the purchase price thereof either in whole or in part,
laying out and building avenues, streets and walks, laying out
said ground into burial lots or sites and for the erection of such
buildings as may be necessary in connection with the use of said
land for cemetery purposes, or other improvements as may be
determined by said Corporation.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the said Corpora-
tion is authorized and empowered to apply the proceeds derived
from the sale of any burial lots, lot, site or sites within the limits
of the land so acquired, to the payment of any debt and interest
that may have been contracted under the provisions of Section 4
of this Act.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all
the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 150.

AN ACT making appropriations for the support of the State
Government and for the aid of sundry schools and institu-
tions and for other purposes for the fiscal years ending re-
spectively on September 30th, 1932, and on September
30th, 1933.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That subject to the provisions- hereinafter set forth
the several amounts hereinafter named as "appropriations, " or
so much thereof as shall be sufficient to accomplish the purposes
designated, are hereby appropriated and authorized to be paid
