due and shall designate said bank on said bonds and the cou-
pons thereto attached.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the Mayor and
Council of Snow Hill be and it is hereby authorized and em-
powered to do all things necessary for the issue of said bonds,
their offering for sale under the most advantageous conditions,
providing for the meeting of interest on said bonds and the
payment of principal thereof at maturity and all other things
that may be necessary and proper for the procuring of said
loan and the issuance and payment of said bonds.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That at the next reg-
ular municipal election to be held in the said Town of
Snow Hill on the first Monday in May, 1931, for the purpose
of electing two Councilmen, there shall be submitted to the
legal and qualified voters of said town the question whether
bonds shall be issued for the purpose of the extension, repair-
ing and improvement of the water and sewerage system of said
Town of Snow Hill and for the purpose of repairs and im-
provements to the streets of said town; and in order to advise
the citizens of said town of the intent of this Act it shall be the
duty of the Mayor and Council of Snow Hill to publish in
some newspaper or newspapers of general circulation in said
town the substance of this Act, for at least one week previous
to said election, and by such other notice as it shall deem
necessary and proper. And the said Mayor and Council of
Snow Hill is hereby directed to- have special ballots printed
for use at such election upon such question, on which ballots
shall appear in clear, plain, bold type of the size and style
required by the general election laws of the State of Mary-
land for the printing of names of candidates on ballots the
following question, to wit: "Shall or shall not bonds of the
aggregate par value of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25, -
000. 00) be issued by the Mayor and Council of Snow Hill for
the purpose of the extension, repairing and improvement of the
water and sewerage systems of Snow Hill and for the purpose
of repairs and improvements to the streets of said town, as
provided by Chapter of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, Session of 1931?" Immediately after which
shall be printed on separate lines, with a square or box to the
right and opposite the words "For Water, Sewer and Street
Bonds, " and a corresponding square or box to the right and
opposite the words "Against Water, Sewer and Street Bonds, "
