351M. If any part of this sub-title shall be declared to
be illegal or inoperative, it shall not affect such portions as
are found to be legal and operative.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1931.

CHAPTER 133.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185 and
186 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Allegany County, " sub-title "Flour, " as enacted by Chap-
ter 398 of the Acts of 1878.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185 and 186
of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Flour, " as enacted by Chapter 398 of the
Acts of 1878, be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1931.

CHAPTER 134.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 8
of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of the Public General
Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924, entitled "Health, " sub-
title "State Board of Health, " so as to increase the number
of sanitary districts and to authorize the appointment of a
Deputy State Health Officer for each such district by the
State Board of Health.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 8 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code
of the Public General Laws of Maryland, Edition of 1924,
