CHAPTER 85.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 163, 164, 165, 166 and 167 of
Chapter No. 790 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Session of 1912, title "Montgomery County, "
sub-title "Constables, " said sections providing for the ap-
pointment of additional constables in the 4th5 7th and 13th
Election Districts of Montgomery County, defining their
powers and duties and authorizing a levy for their compen-
sation, and said sections being designated as Sections Nos.
231, 232, 233, 234 and 235 of Article 16 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, as edited and codified by Horace
E. Flack under the provisions of Chapter No. 193 of the
Acts of 1929.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections Nos. 163, 164, 165, 166 and 167 of
Chapter No. 790 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Session of 1912, title "Montgomery County, " sub-
title "Constables, " said sections providing for the appointment
of additional constables in the 4th, 7th and 13th Election Dis-
tricts of Montgomery County, defining their powers- and duties
and authorizing a levy for their compensation, and said sec-
tions being designated as Sections Nos. 231, 232, 233, 234
and 235 of Article 16 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland,,
as edited and codified by Horace E. Flack under the provisions
of Chapter No. 193 of the Acts of 1929, be and the said sec-
tions are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 86.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Board of County
Commissioners of Calvert County to sell and convey a par-
cel of land in the Third Election District of Calvert County.
