SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts
of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby
repealed. This Act shall take effect January 1, 1932.

CHAPTER 541.
AN ACT to add a new paragraph to Section 33 of Article
39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement),
title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Further Regulations in
County Waters, " said new paragraph to be known as Para-
graph (g) and to follow immediately after Paragraph (e)
of said section, to prohibit and/or regulate fishing in certain
waters of Dorchester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new paragraph be and it is hereby
added to Section 33 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, "
sub-title "Further Regulations in County Waters, " said new
paragraph to be known as Paragraph (g), to follow imme-
diately after Paragraph (e) of said section, and to read as
follows:
(g) It shall be unlawful to fish in the following waters ex-
cept by hook and line, eel pots or gill net with not less than a
three-inch mesh: (1) the waters of Cabin Creek above a line
drawn from the residence of Joseph Era in a northeasterly
direction to the residence on the opposite side on what is known
as the Travers farm; (2) the waters of Warwick River above
a line drawn from the east end of a sand bar extending from
the Hughlett farm in a northerly direction across said river to
the nearest point of marsh on Warwick Manor, and (3) the
waters of Goose Creek and Indian Creek.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1931.
