ered to pay annually to the Montgomery County Farm Bureau
the sum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1, 500. 00), to be used by
the said bureau for the general purposes of aiding the farmers
of Montgomery County in marketing their products and in
disseminating information in respect to farming and farm
products.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of
County Commissioners of Montgomery County be and they
hereby are authorized and empowered in each year wherein
they shall make the contribution hereinbefore provided for to
make a levy for the said sum of fifteen hundred dollars
($1, 500. 00) upon the taxable property in Montgomery County.

CHAPTER 84.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
138 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
Bagby's Edition, title "Elections, " sub-title "Miscellaneous
Provisions, " so as to authorize the Board of Supervisors of
Elections of Montgomery County to divide any precinct of
any election district or any election district in Montgom-
ery County in accordance with such alphabetical division
or designation as may be determined by the said Board of
Election Supervisors.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 138 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, Bagby's Edition, title "Elections, " sub-title
"Miscellaneous Provisions, " be and the said section is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
138. The Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore
City and the Boards of Supervisors of Elections of the sev-
eral counties shall have power whenever more than 600 persons
are registered in any one election precinct or in any election
district which may not be divided into election precincts, to pro-
vide one additional polling place in each such election pre-
cinct or district; and whenever the several Boards of Super-
visors of Election shall designate an additional polling place in
